聚精颗粒对少弱精子症及PRM2基因mRNA表达水平的影响

摘要: 目的:探讨聚精颗粒对少弱精子症及PRM2mRNA表达水平的影响。 方法: 采用聚精颗粒治疗少弱精子症患者21例,选取正常人精子8例,比较治疗前后精子浓度、活力和PRM2mRNA水平的变化。  结果: PRM2mRNA水平治疗前低于正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);精子浓度治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A+B级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05)。 结论:聚精颗粒对提高少弱精子症的精子浓度和活力有较好疗效,对PRM2基因的mRNA的表达调控作用比较明显,能增加PRM2的mRNA表达水平,我们推测聚精颗粒可能通过促进对PRM2基因的mRNA的表达从而达到改善精子质量的目的,是聚精颗粒作用的一个有效靶基因。

The curative effect 0f Jujing granulation to oligoasthenozoospermia and PRM2 gene mRNA expression levels

Abstract: objective: to investigate the polyethylene fine particles on the impact of weak sperm and PRM2mRNA expression level. Methods: using poly fine particles treatment of 21 patients with less weak sperm, 8 cases of normal sperm, compared before and after treatment the level of sperm concentration, vitality and PRM2mRNA changes. Results: PRM2mRNA levels before treatment is lower than the normal people (P < 0.05), with no statistical difference between normal after treatment (P > 0.05), after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01); Sperm concentrations after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01); A grade sperm after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.01); A + B grade sperm after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: polyethylene fine particles to improve the weak sperm sperm concentration and less energy has good curative effect, of PRM2 gene mRNA expression regulation function is obvious, can increase PRM2 mRNA expression level, we hypothesized that get fine particles can promote the PRM2 gene mRNA expression so as to achieve the purpose of improving sperm quality, fine particles role is a valid target genes.
